A Brief History of RPS

Place: Nirma Institute of Technology
Era: When the place was cool enough for our presence.

Somewhere around September of 2002, as fate would conspire it, three totally different personalities emerge out of the blocks A,B and D, talk about the stuff people talk about either if they have completely lost it, or have already conquered the world, or are in their 50s- Or , if they are Pari, Ruchir, and Suru from ME, IT and IC respectively. Can you see the grand scheme here?

Individuals, who definitely do not belong to their own "accepted" crowds, set out to find confidence, bond and understanding to someone, who they do not sit in class with, or copy assignments with, or hang out with.

Except, at the lone corner behind B block. Where these three odd friends meet, talk about from origin of universe to network algorithms, to Prem Joshua, Lucky Ali, and GNR, Pink Floyd. And that's when the place- RPS corner came in existence.

Today, fate has dragged all three of us in different directions, but whenever possible, its our oath to that sacred place of our friendship, we will be back. For the generations to come, RPS corner will inspire others teaching lessons of friendship and love...

Amen

What happened on the RPS corner ?

- Theology Discussions

- Music Compositions

- Pari's Flute

- Suru's infatuations (I forget the name of the damsel in EE 5th sem)

- Suru's silence (he was silent once upon a time).

- Pari's robots (no kidding, some of them played basketball in their primes)

- String Theory

- Why Nirma sucked, although we knew that the lemma that it sucks has been proved over and over, we added a new dimension to it.

- Project Ideas.

- Ruchir's poems (Some of them can be found here: http://ruchirjha.blogspot.com/).

- Pari used to date the chick of his life here. This chick is his lawfully wedded wife today.
